Our tour with Jens Petir to the Northem Islands was spectacular he is very knowledgeable about all the towns and sites along the way. The weather cooperated. There were so many scenes to take pictures of. OMG what a beautiful place. Thank you for the tour.

The boat tour itself was okay overall. It started well, lasted long enough, and the scenery during the tour was enjoyable. However, the instructions on the website really need to be updated and made much more specific.
The biggest issue was with the transportation information. The bus does not stop directly in front of the tourist information center as described online. Instead, it stops further up the road, and you then have to walk down and figure out where to go yourself. This was confusing, especially for visitors unfamiliar with the area.
After the tour finished, the return bus was waiting on the opposite side of the building, completely out of sight from where the boat stops. Because of this lack of clear instructions, I missed my public bus connection and had to wait nearly three hours for the next one.
Overall, the tour itself was decent, but the website instructions seriously need improvement to avoid unnecessary stress and confusion for visitors.

This tour was absolutely incredible and without a doubt one of the highlights of my trip. The experience lasted more than eight hours, yet every single moment was filled with breathtaking scenery, interesting stops, and unforgettable experiences. We were able to see so much of what the islands have to offer, and it truly felt like a complete and well-organized adventure from beginning to end.
Our guide was outstanding — extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help. She shared so much interesting information about the islands, the culture, and the history, which made the experience even more special. She also kindly helped take photos for me, which I really appreciated and which made the trip even more enjoyable.
Another thing I loved was the group size. We were only four people, which was honestly perfect — not too crowded and not too small. It created a very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere while still feeling social and fun.
Be prepared because this tour is absolutely packed with activities, spectacular views, and endless photo opportunities. Around every corner there was something beautiful to see. The landscapes were stunning and constantly changing, making the entire day exciting from start to finish.
I enjoyed this tour tremendously and would recommend it to absolutely anyone visiting the islands. If you want to experience as much as possible in one day while having an amazing guide and a fantastic atmosphere, this is the perfect tour.

Wonderful fishing trip. First-class boat and skipper. Had lots of fun catching nice fish (cod, haddock, pollock and ling) and chatting with the captain who had wide knowledge on the fish, fishing and the Faroe Islands in general. A great way to spend half a day fishing, watching birds and enjoying the amazing scenery. Definitely recommend.

The tour was excellent. A few steeper terrains but the guide managed to get us all safe. He guided us to several superb areas for perfect photography

What an amazing experience and incredible food and people. Selma and Tordur were absolutely lovely and we learned so much about everyday life here. It was such an insightful and rare experience to be able to go into someone’s home and have dinner with them and other travelers from all over and learn the local culture. Don’t miss this experience or food!

Well, we paid for a the Mykines boat tour, but due to high surf, the captain decided it wasn’t safe to go there. Hey, I get it; safety first. Instead we tooled around the bay for a little over an hour as he took us to Mulafossa falls and Draginar, but the weather did not cooperate with us and fogged in most of the impressive sights. Can’t control the weather! We only saw a couple puffins in the water from a distance. To me, it wasn’t worth the money we paid to take myself and two daughters on this boat ride. My daughters had fun and that’s all that counts, right? You win some, you lose some.

Breathtaking scenery with an amazing tour guide!

We had a lovely evening with Selma and Tordur - delicious food (freshly caught!), lively conversation, and even shared music and some knitting admiring 😊. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful food tour with the farmer. It was such a special experience. The farmer told us about raising sheep in the Faroe Islands, including the challenges and rewards. He prepared various meats for us to try on homemade bread.

David was an excellent tour guide who took his time to explain the culture and offer interesting insights into life on the farm. After meeting the sheep, we went to the farmer’s beautiful home to enjoy bowls of soup and homemade bread served by his wife. It was such a treat to be welcomed into their family home. We highly recommend this tour.

A must do whilst in the Faroe Islands, especially with the really knowledgeable guide.

Poite driver, comfortable car, excellent service!

We went out for an evening fishing trip with Niklas and WOW, we are speechless. We caught a bucket full of cod and whiting, and Niklas was so patient with the weather, helping us learn throughout the trip and telling us about the island. He made the whole experience fun, relaxed, and unforgettable. The highlight was getting to drive the boat at the end! Could not recommend this trip more highly. Thank you Niklas for such an amazing evening!

Nice tour and good fishing instructions from the captain. I guess the tour was fully booked - we were 12 persons onboard. Both my wife and I caught fish, cod, flounder and haddock. Our hotel in Torshavn (Hilton) had a place for the filets in one of their freezers. We packed the fish well on our departure day in our check in luggage in order to keep it frozen. The fish was still frozen when we came home.
Area for improvement: Safety instructions before leaving harbour. Such were lacking on our tour.

Knowledgeable guide Jon, giving good insight to why the British placed forces at the Fareos Islands and how the Islands were defended, including a good understanding of the strategic importances for the convoys, especially those going to Murmansk. The tour also included stories from the time on how this affected the civil population. If you are a little interested in WW2, the tour will most probably provide new insight to the WW2 story. Recommended.
